We’re thinking that this would make a nice lunch…
Last night I passed an incredible milestone. 50,000+ people now have found a home in my blog, in my creations of photographs and words.
It’s this readership - the community of artists and art lovers on Tumblr – that has so inspired me during these past two years. And coming out of the floodgates of college and into the world proper, I want to transform my contribution to this network as well.
This is why I am incredibly passionate about the project I’m currently getting ready to launch. I am redesigning this blog as a collaborative, innovative community where young creative of all kinds can learn, interact, and share resources, inspire and be inspired. The content will be submission driven… So many art blogs exist where the curator seeks out and displays professional artists, artworks already displayed in galleries, already published.
So if you make art of any kind, I want to hear from you. Submissions are accepted at topographeblog.gmail.com. And for more information and sneak peeks, head to the blog and enter your email.
In the meantime, you can keep up with me on facebook, twitter, and pinterest.
